I have found a few good websites, but I am sure there are some nice ones out there that don't show up near the top on google. So lets use this thread to share websites with sprite sheets.

Sprites Inc - Every Mega Man Sprite known to man
GS Archives - Also has some backgrounds and animated GIF's

When I was doing bead sprites originally, I used the snapshot feature on emulators like MAME, Nesticle, and Stella, and just zoomed in on whatever I wanted to make.. Thank God for all of these websites!

I've been going insane looking through a bazillion websites, including the major spritesheet sites, and pixel art sites, and performing a trillion Google searches with different terms, but cannot find many (if any at all) pixelated images of Totoro (from the Miyazaki animated film, My Neighbor Totoro.) I'm looking for beadsprite-useable images of not only Totoro, but of the Catbus, the other smaller Totoro-type dudes, the two little girls (Satsuki and May), Mom & Dad, etc. Can anyone point me in the right direction?

Thanks,
Rose

you can try sites like pixel joint www.pixeljoint.com

I went there and found master shake and a whole slew of other things. You should be able to find totoro there. Sadly no catbus. You might have to do a lil searching for Totoro though. When i saw him the other day it was under the tv/movie section. You won't find the picture I'm thinking of just typing in his name. You will get a cute avatar pic of his face Very Happy

Another thing you might want to try is adoptable sprite sites. I've got disc upon disc loaded with sprites, adoptables and just pics I want to bead. Hope this helps!!!

If you go to pixeljoint, give credit. those are created pieces by regular folks, not corporations, so they tend to get touchy about transfers to other media.

http://www.pokemonelite2000.com/sprites.html

This site has pokemon sorted by game, and includes Trozei, Pinball, and a lot of spinoff games, as well as the "main" series.

The pokemon from Mystery Dungeon are detailed, but still small enough to fit on a single pegboard - they make great gifts!
