I need your opinions. I made a samurai Kirby/Metaknight bead sprite. I haven't ironed it yet because it's a large expenditure of beads. Plus I'm not sure if I'm happy with the result. I don't like the gray beads in his topknot, but I don't have any translucent black beads and most of the other colors don't match up to the actual sprite's colors (several more shades of purple than Perler offers). I used creme beads for the mask which gives it a yellow hue while the original mask is more of an earth tone. What do you think? Can you tell what my sprite is? Does it look good, passable, bad? Do you have any suggestions?

It looks like you're using "Light yellow" on the guy's face.
Instead I would suggest ordering some "Creme" colored beads. It's a shade between light yellow & white. Good for pale, pasty skin areas and "Off-white."

I would also get some "Rust" colored beads. That's a color between red & brown. I think it will work better on some of the dark brown areas, because to me it looks like that brown has a hint of red in it. Then I wouldn't use regular brown at all, but the light brown you're already using in some areas.

Also it appears that your sprite only uses 1 shade of yellow, "Cheddar," and you're using both regular yellow AND cheddar. I would only use cheddar.

It looks like your sprite has a couple shades of purple in it. The lightest shade I see, might actually work better if you got this very, very light shade of pink by perler... it's kind of between the lavendar purple you're already using, and pink. I'd switch out the very lightest areas of purple in the sprite, with the pink-purple instead.

The gray on the top knot looks fine to me.

Unfortunately, the sprite's face is creme. At least, I hope it is; that's what I paid for and it is lighter than light yellow.

I avoided using the rust beads because I thought they were too red, but after following your advice, I found that like the rust.

The cheddar looked too orange to me, so I replaced it with regular yellow.

I tried throwing in some pastel pink in place of light purple like you suggested, but I don't have a lot of it, so I used it sparingly.

I'm still not completely satisfied with the gray in the topknot, but I won't be getting translucent black any time soon.

Here is the updated bead sprite, pre-ironed and shot under different lighting and angle to give a better representation of what the ironed product should look like.

Anyone, please tell me what you think as I'm still undecided about ironing it. Thanks.

Better! I'd iron it now.

Yeah, I think it looks really good! It's a whole lot better than I could do....
