If youre looking for the 29x29 pegboards that connect id recommend finding them online because ive never seen them in a store.

Try one of these ebay sellers.

Proud2BParents

They're the two I get all my beads and stuff from, plus they like to throw in free stuff. They have deals on sets of four of the pegboards.

I personally use photoshop for all my references - if you cant afford is (or dont feel like pirating it) there are a good number of online programs that are free to use, like paint.net (i think thats one). Or, if you're using windows, just go to your programs list and in the accessories folder should be a paint program - it lets you zoom in to up to 800 percent, or 1600 depending on the version.

Make sure youre source files are gif or png format because jpg files wil be highly compressed, and dont retain all the exact color info and it will be very difficult to follow the image at pixel level.
