I didn't know there was a live action DBZ being made. I'll have to look for that. I'm actually looking forward to the live action Tekken movie. The casting seems pretty good.

Plenty of characters seem to be represented, I'll keep an eye on it. Thanks for telling me about it.

UFO Ultra Maiden Valkyrie was pretty damn adorable. I've only seen the first four episodes though.

I think Initial D is a very under rated show. It is also one of my favorites. Great list LHDS13.

it is very underated. but it doesn't make it any less cooler. have you seen the live action movie? they did a pretty kick ass job in carrying the characters over, and staying pretty true to the story. wangan midnight is cool as hell too, but i don't think it is out in the states yet. had to watch episodes on animecrazy.com

I couldn't get into the Initial D anime because of the art style. I just didn't like watching it. The live action movie is really good though. You really should watch it Crausse.

Applebomb: I've never seen that picture before, but I think it sums up the series pretty well. XD The manga is fantastic as well.

The initial D art style got better with the later series, but it still had that same general look to it, so the models didn't get better. I will definately check out the movie. Anyone have a link to it streaming?

My friend told me about that series yesterday because he said that someone in it is OCD like me. Oh how I love the reasons I come to people's minds.

He has issues about everything having to be symmetrical. It's kinda funny/annoying. He is just so awesome when he gets serious though.

Annoying. Crying or Very sad

That's one of the problems I have. I don't have to count or anything like that, so I like to say I'm only minorly OCD.

I should look into this one.

When things aren't symmetrical, it's debilitating for him and usually comes at inopportune times. That's what can make it annoying Smile You definitely have to check it out.

For those who loved Death Note, Watch Code Geass. The anime is 2 seasons long (50eps) and has a very solid story and great ending. I highly suggest this anime. Also it just completed this week so go get it Smile

I like Anime too. My favorite are:

1. Death Note
2. Gantz
3. Elfen Lied
5. Claymore
6. Black Cat
7. Bleach
7. Naruto
8. Bo bo bo
9. School Rumble
10. Dragon Ball

I prefer to see them in Japanese with subtitles in Spanish. ^^

Agreed, much prefer subbing (either Eng or Esp) than dubbing, although whenever I've seen a series dubbed in Spanish it has generally been a lot better than an English dub.

That said I was quite surprised when I watched an episode of Lucky Star dubbed, they actually did a rather decent job of it.

Yeah, subs are the best way to watch anime in general. I believe Ranma's dub was really close to the original japanese actors/actresses, but other than that I cannot think of a truly good dubbed anime. I do think that the best company at dubbing is Funimation though.

All animes I see are translated by fans (here we call them fansubs) XDDD I like to hear the original voices than Spanish. I also see some movies and series in English. It's really fun to learn the language, such as the forum, but I need too look in the dictionary. XDDD I will lean!
