Okay, so I'm getting to the point where I'm gonna have to order some more beads again kinda soon, and I'm realizing I'm not sure what i need to order. When I ordered 1k of every color off ebay, I had hoped that they'd be in bags with the colors labelled, so I could fit colors to names, but they were unfortunately in unmarked ziplocs.

A few colors I need to order are obvious. Dark Gray, Rust, etc.

But there's a lot of shades of pink and blue and yellow that I'm not sure which is the color I need to order. Does anyone know of a good Perler color chart out there, so I could start matching my remaining beads with their names and learn which shade is which?

You could just go to the Perler website....http://www.perlerbead.com and sort through their ordering menu.

Yeah, I'd try the website, only it can be tricky with those pinks...what I did is order different shades at a time, unintentionally, actually, but it was dumb luck that I did it that way, since I just had to reference the order form to see which was which. I basically started with basic shades of each bead color so when I got my order, I could easily differentiate between the shades. Then I ordered more shades of the same color, until I had a good palette, and through the course of all those orders, learned the shades that way.

At current tho, the website might be your best bet, or you can try to contact Perler for an official palette - they have the cardstock versions from stores that actually have the beads on the chart, so you can compare them that way.

Yeah the bubble gum is actually the shade I just ordered...

And I can barely find a thing to use it with. I really should have just ordered the light pink. I need that one pretty badly. And I probably can't make another order until next weekend. Grrr.

This is true. Callahan13 (Michelle) is the best. You can actually send her an email through the forum - just find her username and view her profile. From there, you can email her, and tell her your order.

She will probably get back to you around October 16, I believe, since she is on vacation - her eBay store will tell you when she'll be back - I'm just giving you the heads up so you don't wonder why she hasn't gotten back to you in a few days. Aside from that exception, she's very quick to respond and sends the order out very quickly as well.

i bought my pegboards from her! Smile

so yeah, she's the only one that will ship here (australia), it was about $20 shipping for 10 boards, so i'm just a bit worried about the weight and how much it would be to ship..

Lol, I think I'm the only one here that uses BlueNDash instead of Callahan13. Oh well, it's fun to be different Laughing
