Hi
First of all, I want to say hi to everyone, this is a nice forum! I really appreciated watching other members creations. It gave me inspiration to make more and more bead arts!

So, here's my humble sprites collection. I am all about the NES as you can see. It's not much when you compare to Dr Octoroc's work or others people here, but well... I plan on doing more in the futur. Like more Mega Man robots and bosses. And more NES sprites.

Super Mario Bros 2

Mega Man

Hebereke / Ufouria

Kid Icarus

Final Fantasy

Mixed Bead Sprites

Dragon Warrior III

Mega Man 9

Logo

Some days ago, I've decided to make a big Sega logo to go along my Nintendo logo to decorate my gaming room. It took me all day to complete it. It took way more time than I thought it would, but I am happy with the result! Like 2 or 3 hours per letter to form S-E-G-A!

WOW!
That's quite the start you've got there. I really like the SEGA logo. I don't think I've seen one of those done before. Very Happy
All of your sprites look very well crafted.

Welcome, friend.

All of your sprites are very good, and your gaming room looks pretty awesome too.

Is that the baby from Baby Boomer? (I think that was the game...the one where you had to use the light gun..) Points for obscure sprites..

Ohh no no!! Baby Boomer is very bad IMO Laughing The sprite is from Bio Miracle, a Konami game for the Famicom Disk System. It was also released in the US in a pirate cart form called Baby Mario or Mario Baby.

It's easy to mix both games because they feature babies and their title are similar (Baby Mario - Baby Boomer)

Ah, I see...and yes, Baby Boomer was a terrible game. ...Oh the days of pirate carts, I remember them fondly.

Guardian Legend had one awesome soundtrack.

Reminded me of early Sunsoft, and that makes it in the same boat as Batman and Journey to Silius.

Great sprite choice!

SunSoft is one of my favorite cie on the NES! If you like theses games, I heartily recommend trying the game Ai Senshi Nicol by Konami for the Famicom Disk System. It's similar to Blaster Master and The Guardian Legend and was done one year before. It's really a sleeper hit!

And thanks for all the good comments! Actually, I never used an iron before in my life. I guess I just happend to buy a good iron and good pegboards.

I made some new bead sprites this week.

I made these ones. Can you name them all? Smile

And, one of my favorite opponent in Punch Out!!!, Mr. Sandman! I though it would be better to reproduce the two boxers in action instead of just a simple sprite. So well, here he is Laughing

I made a Miria bead art from The Guardian Legend. I runned out of beads in the process. So Miria waited patiently on my kitchen table for a week. But now, she's complete!
