So I recently discovered this site and decided I wanted to do a bunch of Mega Man sprites. So far I've done 28. I have them lining the baseboard trim in my apartment from my kitchen to my bathroom. Soon I will extend the line into my bathroom and perhaps further. All the characters I have done so far include: (In order of creation)
Air Man, Metal Man, Concrete Man, Tornado Man, Spark Man, Dust Man, Plug Man, Bomb Man, Dr. Wily, Dr. Light, Proto Man, Mega Man, Magnet Man, Skull Man, Knight Man, Crystal Man, Guts Man w/ boulder, Crash Man, Stone Man, Snake Man, Wood Man, Bright Man, Ice Man, Gemini Man, Centaur Man, Magma Man, Heat Man, Fire Man.

May rearrange them later based strictly on favoritism.

Some more Megaman characters I finished awhile ago and never posted... Plus my first large sprite, which is a gift for my friend!

I love your way of ironing, you get pixels and not beads anymore.
I try to push hard and iron for a bit longer but I can't get a regular result, the sides are too thin and the center too melted. Some beads are still "open" (you can see the hole).

Thank you very much! I try hard to close the holes and square out the beads as much as I can without burning. It's not always easy and I have burned things before.
I usually make my first iron pass a light iron, none to very little pressure, letting the weight of the iron do the work. My first pass I also usually iron fast. Once everything is stuck together, I flip and repeat. From there I start to apply pressure alittle more when I iron until it has a look I like.
One of the beauties of the art, being able to iron it the way you like it.

I love your Robot Master bead sprites! I just got some beads for the first time on Christmas and you've inspired me to make as many Robot Masters as I can. Unfortunately, they drain my beads (especially the black beads) very fast and money is tight, especially at this time of the year. I hope that I can learn how to iron my beads as well as you.

EDIT: Might I ask which shades of red you used for the various Robot Masters? Based on the photos, it looks like you used one shade for Magnet Man, another for Magma Man, another for Metal/Guts/Bomb Man... it could just be the camera or something, but each one looks different and I want to make sure I order the correct shades.
