So, I was lurking here for a couple weeks and got the inspiration for my first project from Darlaa's post.

That Lemmings piece is freakin awesome! I love incorporating bead sprites with wall decoration...or in my case, the bead sprites are all the wall decoration, haha. Anyways, keep up the fantastic work!

Yeah, I did the door first too and felt exactly the same way. These things keep surprising me with their size. (Especially coming from cross-stitch where I'm used to 18 "pixels" per inch.)

Best of luck. My wife and I are still on the fence about whether to make it larger. Maybe some more "level" over on the right above the closet door... or at the very least, the little dangly plant and rock matter from the vent and ceiling. But, right now we're really enjoying how simple it is and are afraid adding too much more might make it cluttered.

It has been a little over a year, so it was time for a new scene...

This one was harder to take a picture of because it was spread over quite a distance.

It also incorporates a couple other videogame culture pieces in my office, including my cross-stitch.

I really, really, REALLY like what you did there. I've been wanting to do something similar for a while.

Did you make the blocks/cloud as one piece? Or were they separate pieces that you fit together?

Looks really awesome. I approve 100%.

Thanks! Smile

The cloud and the blocks are a single piece.

And the pictures don't do it any justice. It's much cooler in person. Turned out way better than I expected. It was a fun little project that only took a few hours.
