Well, I'm new here and all...and I really don't know what to say...I haven't done too many of these things as of yet though I suppose I do have big plans for future projects...anyways..

Hee, its the Ramblin' Evil Mushroom. From EarthBound, prehaps one of my favorite RPGs. Kinda sad though, I don't have a camera of any sort so I have to scan them in...which sucks as I am sure some of you know...my scanner seems to wash out a lot of the color from the image....I don't have any red beads...at all, so I had to use translucent red ones for this...still looks good I think.

Starman...Its from the original EarthBound(the one we never offically got)...in Japan the game is called Mother. Its very fragile, and has no black border, which is partially why I did him, I was low on black beads at the time.

Puyozo Doll from Chrono Trigger...at least I think that's how its spelled. Another favorite RPG....hm, looks better from a bit further away than this picture shows...I really need a camera.

Electro Swoosh! Again, from EarthBound...this one turned out pretty good I think...I like this guy, he's random, and that's pretty cool.

...Eh, well, enough for now I think...sorry if the pictures are too big...kinda new at this whole posting thing. (How shameful is that, I've had the internet for probably over eight years now and I've never posted on a forum before...)

More later today I guess...

Yes, I made the Puoyogiapfda;fdsj; doll double sized, though not on purpose....I didn't know it at the time but the site that I got that (and several other) sprites from..all of the sprites are doubled in size...

...Thank you for the compliment as well, very nice of you to say so.

Also from the NES version of EarthBound(Mother)....I'm really not sure what its name is but it kinda reminds me of the Atomic Reactor Robot from the SNES EarthBound. It turned out really well I think...

The six robot masters from Megaman, not as high quality a picture as I would like, but oh well...

...and Zaghrenaut, thank you, and a Belch sprite would be awesome, and quite large I think.

All of the robot masters from Megaman II...Metal Man is actually broken, the two black beads at the very end of his left foot aren't actually attached...need to fix that...I still wasn't very good at ironing at this point...

All of the robot masters from Megaman III...Top Man and Spark Man are strangely colored because I couldn't find anything that really matched the actual colors..that strange pink is the closest I could get...I need help learning how to recolor sprites (especially for an upcoming project)...if anyone would be so kind...I read the post by Doc O, but I don't have photoshop and to be honest I didn't understand it completely...I would second-guess myself into an endless spiral trying to decide what colors would be correct.

All of the robot masters from Megaman IV....Bright Man(I think that's his name) suffered the same fate as Top Man and Spark man....I think it was about at this point that I started to learn how to iron correctly.

All of the robot masters from Megaman V...Star Man looks funky..I think I should have used the normal orange instead of the translucent one...and one of the lighter browns...oh well...doesn't look terrible at least.

And the whole thing all together...Strangely enough, I've never really played Megaman too much...Its a decent game. This whole set is being given away too..just have to frame it.

Wow, you went all out on the Mega Man sprites. I guess you're like me when it comes to organization. I can't just do one character from a game, I have to do them all. At least, when it comes to heros. Like FF, I can't just do three of the main characters, I have to do them all. I'm an equal opportunist, heh.

Yeah, gotta have the whole set....by the way, your sprites are mind-blowingly, stab-facingly, baby-launchingly amazing...truly.

Wow... all the megaman robot masters... in a row, no gaps or mixed series/sets... you must have been bretty hard pressed for a few hours... I know it takes me about 45 minutes per boss, and you did all 46... that's roughly 34.5 HOURS... if you worked straight through... but I'm glad you did some of the other poses that aren't as commonly used (like the ones mid-air (knightman and shadowman))

some of the colors are off... or at least off from what I interpreted them as... which by no means is perfect, or law... but they just look off

Which is funny because you say that topman and sparkman are off but when I made them I also used the Blush color and it seems to work... but the most recognizable "off color" in my opinion is chargeman... I don't think he is that dark... maybe it's just me and the sprites I was referencing...

Oh, and good job making zippo, I mean heatman with the ring of fire... I used white as the center color to make it more flame look... but the actual pixels don't exist so in theory they should be transparent... and good job taking the actual sprite for what it is...

EDIT: It turns out Chargeman flashes from the hama reddish brown (what it looks like you have) to the perler blush (what I have). I had to play Megaman V again, and realized that he flashes when he does his "rain stuff on you" move... appologizes from me...

Well, its been forever since I've posted anything...but to make up for the time I was gone..here is an absurdly huge bead-sprite, an entire screenshot.

57,334 beads, I think.

Sorry for the bad angle and low quality of the pic, its taken with a phone-cam...by the way, that small yellow thing is a 12-inch ruler, just to give some prospective.

Hehehe, thank you for saying so (both at the awesomeness and the sickness of my skills) but really, I'm humble, and its more patience than anything I think.

Thank you again though, it is appreciated.

Christ, dude. I think that's the first time I've ever seen a full screen done. Although it appears that you didn't iron the entire thing as one solid piece, shit man, as far as I'm concerned, it's near impossible to iron something that large all at once, just given the nature of how the beads melt.

I do believe you deserve the "Mind-Blowing, Stab-Facing, Baby-Launching" crown for this one. I humbly pass it to you, my diligent friend. You have launched many babies and blown many minds with this wonder and my face has been stabbed beyond recognition.

Hahahaha, wow, praise from Caesar...I am humbled...

...No, I didn't iron the whole thing into one piece. I figured from the beginning that it would prove mostly impossible and even if it did somehow work I couldn't move the thing without the use of a fairly large sheet of plywood and two people, even then, it wouldn't fit into my car for transport (as it is a gift for my dad). I don't think I possess the skill for ironing something that large anyways. Instead, its a bunch of 2x2 pegboards...as to how it will get framed, not sure yet.

Wow...I humbly kneel and accept the crown and the praise, and pray for the speedy recovery of your face. Know that I am humbled before your beading skills, dear Doctor, as are many.

Thank you for looking and commenting, truly.
