OK, so i had some free time, to transfer all the pictures, and get them online. i had fun making this project, it took me about 3 hours, from start to finish, including conception, finding sprites, figuring out where the beads needed to be removed, ironing, and putting it together. so here we go.

first, you make 2 exact copies of this sprite, with holes in the middle and all.

second, these 3 middle pieces should be made. I've edited part of the image, (poorly) but just to adjust a mistake i made.

after you are all ironed up, it should look like this.

next, you need to start on the base. there is a slight edit on the image, to correct where i messed up.

this is the base for the whole thing, they are exactly the same, as far as i can remember.

these are the ends, i only changed the direction of the crossbeams for the fun of it. no real reason.

put it all together, and it looks like this.

i made this as a business card holder for a friend that works in an office. he absolutely loved it.

So.. I got a new title at work... New desk.. and new business cards!
So using your photos, I decided to make my own jumpman card holder!
It came out great!
The bottom piece I messed up and had an extra row, but I was able to break out the knife and iron and make it all better.
Here are a few photos!
I used Perler Raspberry for the base, felt it looked the closest to the platforms in Donkey Kong stage 1..

counting your side peices, you made them one row short, but it worked out well. I also used clear beads to hold up the hammer, to make it a little bit more stable, and i left the platforms on the sides empty.

yours turned out awesomely, im really glad someone used my design for themselves. you will have to let me know about the comments you get at work.

Yeah, I liked how the sides were empty on yours. I wanted to try something different so it wasn't a complete rip off.. LOL

The hammer seemed ok, if it starts to sag I'll probably glue in some clean beads or something somewhere to hold it up.
Actually, all the joins and connections I went over with a clear brush on super glue, just in case.

I'm, actually working an altered shift this week, so I am not there during normal production hours.. long story.. But Im sure the complements will be piled up by the time I go in today.

I'm thinking about making a Megaman E tank pencil holder...
